These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and CM8 Asia ("Company", "we", or "platform") regarding your use of the cm8asia.best website and all services offered on it.

By accessing the CM8 Asia website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
